Terms & conditions

Seller and contact details

Įrangavirtuvei is operated by Pajaron OÜ (Pajaron Osaühing), 16450952, Ristiku tn 75, 10317 Tallinn, Estonia. info@irangavirtuvei.lt. These terms cover consumer and business orders, with separate business return rules. Mandatory consumer rights are not restricted.

Products, prices and orders

Check specifications, dimensions, operating requirements, quantities and delivery details before ordering. Prices are in euros. The product page and checkout provide the applicable price, tax, payment and delivery information. Review the total before paying and retain your order confirmation. Email us if any order details are incorrect.

Contract formation and unavailable goods

The purchase contract is concluded when we receive payment and confirm acceptance of your order by email. A payment-provider notification alone is not our order acceptance. If we cannot supply an item, we contact you promptly and do not substitute another item without your agreement. For a cancelled order, we refund all payments, including delivery charges, without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying you of cancellation. For a partial cancellation, we refund the corresponding amount and any applicable share of delivery charges. This does not restrict statutory consumer rights.

Delivery to Lithuania

We deliver to Lithuania by courier or freight transport according to the size and weight of the goods. Orders of €500 or more qualify for free standard delivery. Delivery charges for smaller orders are shown before payment.

Delivery partners

Dispatch of GGM products is arranged by our supplier GGM Gastro using courier or freight partners. The specific carrier depends on the goods’ size, weight and delivery address; we provide the carrier name and tracking information, where supplied, in the dispatch notification. Pajaron OÜ remains the seller responsible for fulfilling your order.

Delivery times

In-stock GGM goods are generally delivered within the EU in 2–7 working days after payment is received. This is an estimate; the product page or order confirmation may specify a different timeframe. Lead times for made-to-order or unavailable goods are confirmed separately. We notify you of known delays.

Large equipment and receiving your order

Contact info@irangavirtuvei.lt before ordering if you need clarification about transporting, unloading or installing large equipment. Additional services must be expressly agreed. Provide an accurate delivery address and recipient contact details. Check goods on arrival and report damage or missing items with your order number and useful photographs. This does not restrict statutory consumer rights.

Consumer right of withdrawal

For distance purchases for personal use, you generally have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, subject to statutory exceptions such as goods made to your specifications. Send a clear notice to info@irangavirtuvei.lt, including your name, order number, products and receipt date. Withdrawal does not require our approval.

Return deadline and costs

Send goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. The customer pays direct return costs for non-faulty goods where properly disclosed before purchase. If the required return-cost information was not provided, the consumer does not bear those costs. This does not restrict remedies for faulty goods. You may inspect goods as in a shop; diminished value caused by unnecessary handling may be deducted. No separate handling fee applies to statutory consumer withdrawal.

Refunds

We refund payments, including our least expensive standard delivery, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of dispatch, whichever is earlier, unless we collect the goods ourselves.

GGM product return procedure

Email info@irangavirtuvei.lt. We coordinate the return with GGM and provide the return address and transport instructions. Secure bulky equipment on a pallet and send photographs before the agreed collection. Transport prices are confirmed separately. Please contact us before sending any returns. These arrangements do not remove the consumer’s statutory right of withdrawal.

Voluntary business returns

Business returns require a written request within 14 days of receipt and advance approval. Goods must be unused, undamaged and complete in their original transport packaging. The customer bears costs and transport risk. Custom-made, B-grade and specially sourced goods, spare parts and leasing purchases are excluded from this voluntary return option. These business restrictions do not limit statutory consumer rights.

Consumer rights for faulty goods

Consumers have a two-year statutory conformity guarantee from delivery. You may initially request free repair or replacement, subject to statutory proportionality conditions. Where the law permits, including an unresolved, recurring or serious defect, you may request a price reduction or termination of the contract; a minor defect does not entitle you to terminate. A commercial warranty does not replace these rights.

Faults and warranty

Report faults to info@irangavirtuvei.lt with your order number, a description and useful photographs. Any manufacturer’s warranty supplements and does not limit statutory rights.
