Information and purposes
We process contact, account, address and order information you provide to fulfil orders, payments, delivery and customer-service requests, on the basis of performing our contract. We retain accounting and mandatory transaction records to comply with legal obligations. We use technical information for security and fraud prevention based on our legitimate interest in protecting the store and customers. Marketing communications require an appropriate legal basis and consent where required; you may opt out at any time.
Service providers and transfers
The store uses Shopify. Information necessary to fulfil orders is shared with payment, delivery and supply partners, including GGM where it fulfils delivery. Judge.me provides review functionality: submitted review text and your chosen display name may be public. Accounting and technical providers and authorities may also receive information where necessary or legally required. Transfers outside the EEA use safeguards required by law, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Sign in with Google
irangavirtuvei.lt is the kitchen-equipment online store operated by Pajaron OÜ. When you choose Google sign-in, Google provides the Shopify authentication service with your account identifier, email address and basic profile information you permit it to share. This information authenticates you, creates or links your customer account and provides access to orders and saved addresses. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail messages, Drive files or contacts.
Shopify processes authentication data. Customer account information is stored in our Shopify store for as long as needed to provide the account and meet legal obligations. Access is limited to authorised account-support and security personnel and service providers. You can revoke Google access in your Google Account connections settings. To request deletion of store account data, email info@irangavirtuvei.lt. Revocation does not automatically delete order records we must retain by law.
Data sources and required information
We receive data from you through store forms, your account and email, and from payment and delivery partners about payment and delivery status. Sign-in providers supply the account information you permit them to share. Contact and delivery information is necessary to fulfil an order; without it we cannot fulfil your purchase. Please tell us about inaccurate details. Providing data does not constitute consent to every purpose: we apply the stated legal basis for each purpose.
Marketing opt-out and request deadlines
Unsubscribe from newsletters through the link in the message or by emailing info@irangavirtuvei.lt. This does not prevent transactional order messages. We respond to data-rights requests without undue delay, normally within one month. Complex or numerous requests may require up to two additional months; we explain any extension within the first month. Requests are normally free, subject to the exceptions permitted by the GDPR.
Policy updates
We publish updated policies on this page and communicate significant changes appropriately. Where new processing requires consent, we request it separately. These additions are dated 27 October 2026.
Retention
We keep information as needed for orders, customer support, legal requirements and claims. Accounting records follow applicable mandatory retention periods. Consent-based marketing information is used until consent is withdrawn or it is no longer needed; an opt-out record may be retained to respect your choice.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email info@irangavirtuvei.lt; we may request proportionate identity verification. You may complain to your local supervisory authority, including Lithuania’s State Data Protection Inspectorate.
